The 10-7 Outdoors is a small group of cops, who have a nationwide army of brothers, wanting to put a smile on a child's face who has lost a parent that paid the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty, by providing hunting and fishing trips for fallen officers' children.

Officers Give Hope
Officers Give Hope is a multi-agency law enforcement effort dedicated to hosting marrow donor drives in the hopes of finding a match for those patients awaiting a life-saving transplant. Officers Give Hope has located donors for patients throughout the United States suffering from leukemia and other blood diseases. Those who have participated in the donation process have described it as an incredible experience. - OGF
